    YOU ARE THE BRIDE, NOT THE GUEST:

    *[[Rev 19:9]] BBE* And he said to me, Put in the book, Happy are the guests at the bride-feast of the Lamb. And he said to me, These are the true words of God.

    The book of Revelation is one that many ministers do not talk about. When they do, they just select some verses out of context. This attitude towards this book is due to the fact that many have been taught that the incidents mentioned in Revelation are in the future. But what if I told you Revelation is in our past? And that the antichrist mentioned there has come already?

    One of the things we see is the Marriage supper of the bride. I have heard some folks say, "I really want to conduct myself well so as to be invited for this feast." But who is the bride of Jesus?. Paul helps us with that;
    *[[Eph 5:23]] KJV* For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.

    You see, you can never be the head of a woman or legally call her your wife unless you are married to her. So Jesus left the Father to get married to the Church. This marriage took place during the time of John the baptist. He was actually the best man of Jesus. Let's hear it from his own mouth;
    [NLT] John 3:29 It is the bridegroom who marries the bride, and the best man is simply glad to stand with him and hear his vows. Therefore, I am filled with joy at his success.

    Beloved, you are the church hence the bride of Jesus. Whenever you put the scriptures in their right context, it becomes beautiful and eliminates all fears of doom and condemnation. Your Maker is your husband. Enjoy Him. Shalom!!!
